No one can predict VIX.  The next problem is debt default and the necessary restructuring. $2T can not offset $330T of corporate and government debt.

VIX Volatility Index [futures][candlestick][pattern series] -- TF = H4 -- BREAKDOWN !!! POWERFUL BREAKDOWN --The symmetrical triangle, which can also be referred to as a 'coil' is one very interesting pattern developing. The VIX volatility index is trying to tell us something. Let's listen. This is the VIX candlestick chart H4 time frame -- Watch this space -- https://invst.ly/qc2kt

VIX Volatility Index [futures][candlestick] -- TF = Daily -- BEARISH EMA9+MA20 CROSSOVER -- DARK CLOUD COVER -- This is the candlestick chart of the VIX volatility index. Very 'toppy' and now trading at a critical point. The VIX is facing strong and fierce resistance and could move much lower from here giving the indexes one crystal clear signal that the worst may be over -- Let's take a good look at the VIX volatility index -- Watch this space -- https://invst.ly/qbtkl

VIX continues to fall since March 16 in a pattern of lower highs.  CBOE option buyers are not willing to pay as much an options premium for calls and puts as before because stock market is trading in a narrower range since 3/23 multi-year low, and that consolidation means less volatility. Eventually it will rise and probably explode again, but first, you need S&P 500 to break 2445 support, and then to explode, it needs to break into 2200s. Those are the milestones you should watch.

Only 6 million jobless today. . Covid pandemic casualties growing exponentially , now more here than China. Oil hitting 20 year lows and unheard of volatility. Meanwhile back at the CBOE , the S&P 500 VIX drifts casually lower.
