On May 15, Russian President Vladimir Putin attended the opening ceremony of the Crimean Bridge highway section and drove himself. The fleet of 30 trucks departs from Krasnodar in southern Russia and takes only 16 minutes to cross the bridge to reach Kerch. As you can see from the screen, Putin Dantian wore a jacket and jeans to talk friendly with the other drivers of the truck team. Putin then opened the cab door of one of the trucks and sat up. Only when Putin drove the big truck was it fairly stable. It is understood that Putin is driving a Kamaz truck and leading a fleet of 30 trucks driving across the bridge. The bridge will open to traffic on May 16. Russian media also played a special 3-minute video showing the 27-month construction of the bridge. The bridge linking the two sides of the Kerch Strait is called Russia's "Century Project." The total length of 19 kilometers is Russia's longest bridge. The bridge’s capacity is 40,000 vehicles and 47 pairs of trains per day, 14 million passengers and 13 million tons of cargo each year.
